1st SUMMIT BANK KEN LANTZY ALL-STAR CLASSIC BANQUET

 

The Ken Lantzy All-Star Banquet will be held Wednesday before the game at Sunnehanna Country Club, Sunnehanna Drive, Johnstown, Pa. Time: 7:00 PM

The charge will be $30.00 per person except for the players.

Please fill out the link below and mail your check made payable to, 1st Summit Bank Ken Lantzy All-Star Classic, C/O Eber HVAC, Inc., 170 Horner Street, Johnstown, PA  15902 and the number attending by April 30.

1st Summit Bank Ken Lantzy All Star Banquet

Seating will be assigned and posted at the banquet.  If you have seating preferences with other families, please indicate on the form and we will try to accommodate your request.

Players are required to wear a dress shirt and tie to the banquet.  

Additional Clothing Order Form

Players receive 2 T Shirts and 2 Pairs of shorts. This form is for EXTRAs for family and friends.

Program Sponsor Forms and Instructions

Each player will be required to sell one full page program ad, the cost for one program page is $500.00.  This ad can be made up by either one sponsor in the amount of $500 or 50 sponsors of $10 each or any combination of the two.  Samples of program advertisement pages are on the website and linked below.

Complete the link below to be considered for the academic scholarships to be announced before the game.

1st Summit Bank Ken Lantzy Academic Scholarship

 

Described below is a list of the equipment you will need for the Ken Lantzy All-Star Game the week

1. Helmet. Please make sure your helmet has a current Certification.
2. Shoulder Pads, Thigh Pads, Knee Pads
3. Football Shoes
4. ALL WHITE Practice/Game Pants
5. Mouthpiece
6. Socks
7. T-Shirts
8. Any arm, hand pads, etc.
9. University of Pittsburgh will provide sheets, pillows and pillowcases.  You will need to bring blankets, towels and toiletries.  

          Your football coach or school will be able to supply you with items 1 thru 5.

 

Also, described below is the list of items that will be furnished to each player.  The scholarships are awarded to the player meeting academic, leadership and on-field criteria.

1. Game Jersey

4. Team and Individual Photograph
5. Academic, leadership and player scholarships.
6. Breakfast, Lunch and Super
7. Transportation to practice and meals
8. Housing at University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown

SUNDAY, BEFORE THE GAME

Windber Recreation Park

Windber, PA

2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Picnic

4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pictures

An invitation is extended to all participants and their families to join our committee and coaching staff for a fully catered picnic.

PLAYER’S NOTE:

Please bring your white football pants with pads, shoulder pads, and helmets to the picnic, as they will be needed for the photographs. 

Please bring your helmets, which must have Current Certification to the picnic.
